Are you looking to get 10% faster? Start with the Basics in Technical Skills. Make sure you’ve got them right first.
We suggest you establish a baseline so you can measure your progress. If you’re working on your technical running skills, ask someone to shoot a side-view video of what you’re wkring on – your start, accelration or basic running mechanics. If you’re working nutrition or conditioning, start keeping a journal.
Be patient with the changes you’re working on…reaching your potential takes time.
